Lisbeth Cervantes – Founder:

Lisbeth Cervantes is the founder of Elle C. Communications. She is very passionate about the public relations industry and has varied experience in servicing a multitude of clients ranging from the entertainment, fashion, non-profit sector to the solar, corporate and technology industries. Her experience also lies in corporate positioning, public affairs, and reputation management.

Prior to starting Elle C. Communications, she excelled in the industry with the number one independent publicity firm in the United States (www.odwyerpr.com), Edelman, where she worked on high end accounts such as Polycom and the Wi-Fi Alliance.  Her professional experience also includes servicing U.S. top rated technology firm, Schwartz Communications, where she worked on different technology accounts and learned pioneering public relations techniques that are essential throughout the industry.

Cervantes has also participated in working with the Young Professionals Committee for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the East Bay in which she consulted the organization on their PR efforts and brought in sponsorships for their events.

She is a graduate of California State University, East Bay and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Mass Media of Communication. She also has two minors in Marketing and Speech and is certified in Organizational Communication. lisbeth@elle-cc.com

Aja Cooper - Partner:

Aja Cooper joined the Elle C. Communications team in 2010. With a background in entertainment PR, she applies her love for music, fashion, and art to her knack for networking. She has a B.A. in public relations from San Jose State University and has worked with Charles Zukow Associates, one of San Francisco’s best-known PR and marketing firms, serving the entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, and retail industries.

Prior to joining the Elle C. Communications team, she helped put together successful events such as, “Heroes and Hearts” and the “Meals on Wheels Gala.” Cooper also partnered with local PR firms as an aid in producing the “Where Hip Hop Meets Couture Artist Showcase” at San Francisco’s City Hall.  Working with hip-hop artists and fashion designers, her passion and ambitious vision exclusively aligns with the business building PR campaigns of her clients. Cooper continues to hone her skills and specializes in generating media coverage in print and internet venues.  aja@elle-cc.com
